Der gestiefelte Kater

Once upon a time … there was a miller’s son, the good-natured Willibald. After his father died, all that was left for the youngest son was Kasimir the cat – a cuddly toy with boots. A mere tomcat, but this shrewd fellow gets Willibald not only the friendship of the greedy king, but also the love of the princess. But of course a trick is needed, because what greedy king would give his daughter to a miller? The clever Kasimir knows what to do and now Willibald is busy with dressing up in multiple ways.

Anne Klinge’s feet move the whole of Europe: equipped with noses, caps and robes, they suddenly transform into independent personalities that almost make you forget the player behind them.
