The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all acts of use by the user as well as all business relationships between the user of the Entrello store as provider ("user") on the one hand and graz on the other.
The version of the GTC valid at the time the contract is concluded shall apply. Deviating, conflicting or supplementary GTC shall not become part of the contract, even if known. graz hereby expressly objects to the user's GTC.

With the provider Entrello, graz provides the User with a direct channel, in particular in the form of "apps", for purchasing tickets for events. The purchase of the ticket creates a contract between the User and the Organizer, which entitles the User to attend an event of the Organizer, for the fulfillment and processing of which the Organizer is solely responsible. The user acknowledges that the service of the provider Entrello is completed with the procurement of the electronic ticket. The User must contact the Organizer directly with any concerns regarding the event.

In order to purchase tickets on the organizer's website, visitors must register on the event website. The following data - first name, surname, organization and email address - are required for this and stored by the provider Entrello.
Furthermore, the user agrees
- not to impersonate a fictitious person or unauthorized representative of an organization or company,
- not to transmit any content or information that is unlawful, fraudulent or otherwise violates the rights of Entrello or third parties
- and not to provide contact information or other personal information that identifies third parties.
In the event of violations, Entrello reserves the right to deny the respective user access to the event page.

By providing the Visitor Portal, the Provider invites Users to submit an offer to purchase tickets to the Organizer. This invitation is subject to change and non-binding.
The order is open to natural persons who must be at least 18 years of age at the time the contract is concluded. Minors are represented by their legal representatives.
By placing an order, the user makes a binding contractual offer to the organizer. If an order is placed electronically, the Provider can confirm receipt immediately. The confirmation of receipt does not constitute a binding acceptance of the order.
The organizer is entitled to expressly accept the contract offer (= order of the user) by transmitting the electronic ticket, for which he uses the services of the provider.
The purchase contract for the ticket is concluded between the organizer and the user with the transmission of the electronic ticket.
The Organizer is entitled to refuse to accept the order or to limit the order to a customary quantity.

There is no right of withdrawal for customers or the right of withdrawal for customers may expire prematurely for the following contracts:
Services in the areas of accommodation for purposes other than residential purposes, transportation of goods, rental of motor vehicles and delivery of food and beverages and services provided in connection with leisure activities, provided that a specific time or period is contractually stipulated in each case for the performance of the contract by the entrepreneur (Section 18 (1) Z 10 FAGG). This means that if the organizer offers services in the area of leisure activities, in particular tickets for events, there is no right of withdrawal. Each order of tickets is therefore binding immediately after confirmation in accordance with II. 1. by the organizer and obliges the customer to accept and pay for the tickets ordered.

Commercial trading in tickets is not permitted.
A return or exchange of paid tickets is not possible.
No compensation can be provided for tickets not used or only partially used (e.g. due to late arrival) or for tickets lost in any way whatsoever. If the ticket is lost by the user, no compensation is due.
The ticket entitles the holder to one admission to the venue.

However, if the event is canceled, the cancellation will be carried out by the organizer.
Entrello is not responsible for this reversal, but only the organizer and must be contacted for any queries.
In the event of a cancellation by the organizer, the amount to be refunded will be paid out via the payment method provided.

The following notice describes how graz processes your personal data.
The data you provide is required to fulfill the contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures. Without this data, we cannot conclude the contract with you.
In addition to the data required for registration (name, organization, email), information regarding the billing and delivery address is stored. This data is stored for the purpose of processing the purchase or reservation.
We process your data for the duration of the entire business relationship (from the initiation and processing to the termination of a contract) and beyond in accordance with the statutory retention and documentation obligations. In addition, the statutory limitation periods, which can be up to 3 years in certain cases according to the General Civil Code (ABGB), must be taken into account for the storage period.
Your data will not be passed on to third parties.
