He used to be a tree, now he has to live as a human. His body must invent itself. Breathe, walk, stretch the arms. He feels hunger and thirst, he meets people… We encounter the famous wooden puppet as a character of our time, who grows up with an abundance of possibilities and still fails to find fulfilment in all the boundlessness. Outside of the reality of the bulky body, everything seems to be transitory to him. And even his own body isn’t easy to tame. A performance about the search for freedom and about growing up, inspired by Carlo Collodi’s ‘Pinocchio’.
»Pinokkio’s yellow world exudes boundlessness.«
